During manufacturing, all tools under the AvtoDelo trademark undergo thorough quality control at every technological stage of production. The AvtoDelo tool сompany guarantees that all of its products comply with the requirements of Russian and international standards, as confirmed by the relevant certificates.
The world-class quality warranty covering all AvtoDelo tools allows, in the event of a manufacturing defect, repair or replacement of the tool at the place of purchase. Tools and accessories are not subject to warranty replacement if they have lost their functionality in the following cases:
· as a result of impact loads (except for tools designed for this type of load);
· as a result of a significant excess of rated force or the use of additional extensions and torque amplifiers;
· as a result of mechanical damage not related to the tool’s intended functions;
· as a result of natural wear of the tool’s working surfaces;
· as a result of storage or use in conditions of high humidity or a chemically aggressive environment.
Warranty obligations do not apply to plastic holders, plastic handles, and Tetron bags.
The warranty also does not apply to consumables, attachments and bits, cutting tools, and reducing adapters.
